Each of the bedrooms at Lorum offers en-suite (private) facilities, direct dial telephones, tea and coffee making facilities and hand held hair dryers. All bedrooms are spacious and have beautiful views.

Whether you are enjoying the views of Mt. Leinster and Brandon Hill or warming yourself in front of the open wood or turf fire, the Drawing Room is the room to relax in. Books, photographs and family memorabilia combine to give that wonderful 'at home' feeling. The Drawing Room is where guests meet for pre-dinner drinks before moving into the Dining Room for dinner.

Your host Bobbie Smith, a member of 'Euro-Toques' (the European Community of Cooks) and she and her family have built an international reputation for delicious and imaginative home cooking that incorporates mainly local and organically grown produce.

Lorum is an ideal base from which to explore the area's many archaeological and historic sites and celebrated gardens. Energetic visitors may also sample the region's wide range of sporting and recreational activities or you may simply wish to relax in the gardens and play croquet; you may be greeted by a peacock in its full regalia.
