The cottage is located on a small working farm where we have a number of rare breeds such as Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs, Highland Cattle, Irish Moiled and Dexter Cattle. We are also lucky to have a large variety of wild birds on the farm.

Tully Cottage is ideally situated for all sorts of outdoor activities such as golfing, fishing, walking, boating, climbing, pot holing and bird watching. The fantastic scenery of the region is sure to inspire the artists amongst you whether your medium is canvas, film or jpeg.

Lough Erne is of course noted for its excellent game and coarse fishing so Tully Cottage caters for visiting fishermen with storage for fishing tackle (or perhaps golfing equipment) available on request as well as a bait fridge.

For anyone wishing to bring their horse, a stable and paddock is available and we also welcome well behaved pets, by prior arrangement.

Tully Cottage is split level with the first floor consisting of the kitchen/living area with a separate cloakroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to include; dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, television with teletext, dvd player, oil fired central heating, immersion heater and ironing facilities.

Downstairs has two twin bedrooms one of which is the master bedroom with patio doors leading out onto the lawn and patio. The bathroom has a walk in electric shower, bath with over head shower and a toilet. All bedlinen, towels and electricity are included and there is ample parking space beside the cottage. Tully Cottage is Strictly Non Smoking.
